Booking Policy

All appointments are to be booked online and paid for in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
  • It is also possible to rebook during this timescale, or receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in full payment.
  • If I have to cancel an appointment for any reason I will let you know as soon as I can.
  • You will be offered an alternative appointment at another time or a full refund.

 

Gift Certificates

  • All gift certificates are non-redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
  • All gift certificates are valid towards one full 60 minute Reiki healing session only and must be presented when attending the session in person or online.
  • All Reiki healing sessions must be booked online. Please email jo@jopeirson.com for further details on how to do this.
  • If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided.
  • All gift certificates are not valid for use with any other promotion or offer.
  • All gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Academy Courses

  • Your place on a course is secured once your deposit has been paid.
  • The balance of the course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the course (as a one-off payment or via an agreed payment plan).
  • If you need to cancel your place on a course you must contact Jo Peirson Energy Healing as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation may incur a cancellation fee (the amount of your deposit already paid).
  • Alternatively, you may be able to transfer onto another course if places are available.
  • If Jo Peirson Energy Healing needs to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances or due to illness, you will be offered a place on another course or a full refund of any monies paid.

 

Privacy Notice

Jo Peirson Energy Healing, is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of her clients. In particular, she wants you to know that she is not in the business of selling, renting or trading client personal information in any way with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

You can be confident that any information shared on the client details form, session notes, or course booking information, is for Jo Peirson Energy Healing use only and will only be shared under the following circumstances:

  • credit reference agencies where necessary for card payments
  • governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where she is required to do so
  • to comply with her legal obligations to exercise her legal rights (for example in court cases)
  • for the prevention, detection, investigation of crime or prosecution of offenders.

To comply with GDPR Laws, Jo Peirson Energy Healing can only send you appointment reminders and other appropriate appointment correspondence if you check the consent box when booking your appointment.
